I'm Tammy.

Art is what colors my world!  It expresses one's deepest thoughts and desires.  Creating art takes me to another place, far from any problems or pressures of daily life.

 I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as an artist devoted to helping others discover their own truest heart journey in life.

One of my strongest passions in life and art is providing creative art therapy through monthly zoom cinema and art therapy parties.  Movies can be one of the most therapeutic tools available for mental health. 

 Research shows that art is one of the fastest and longest lasting forms of quality mental health. 

Art speaks directly to the unconscious, which drives 95% of our thoughts, words, and actions. The art that I produce is always created and laced with positive messages for the unconscious to tuck away for when it is most needed.
